Metro police stopped a man yesterday who owed a whopping $25,000 to the Crown in fines.
The RNC pulled over the 52-year-old in the west end of St. John’s early in the afternoon.
He was given more tickets for having an unregistered vehicle and driving while suspended. Police also impounded the vehicle.
